Disclosure Policy

The TOMEN Electronics Group implements an internal rule to determine effective and consistent information disclosure in order to achieve the following objectives.

  • Disclosing information proactively and effectively to carry out accountability and build trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensuring timeliness and fairness in information disclosure to help set the share price at a proper level that accurately reflects our corporate value and to establish a strong public reputation
  • Communicating with stakeholders to reflect their opinions and ideas in order to improve our corporate value

Means of Information Disclosure

Statutory disclosure is implemented accordingly with the Companies Act, and Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Regarding disclosure under the Securities Listing Regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE), in accordance with the same regulations, the information shall be first presented to TSE followed by registering through the Tdnet, which is a timely information disclosure system provided by the TSE. The same information (disclosure document), then, shall be released to the media. Regarding the information offered on this website, the website is expected to be updated as soon as the disclosure document is published on the Company Announcement Disclosure Service of the TSE website in accordance with the rules for disclosure measures described in the Order for Enforcement of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

However, in the event the information is disclosed directly to at least two news media bodies without using TDnet or the disclosure document is not published on the TSE website due to technical issues, the information will be published on this website the day after the disclosure date. Publication of this information may be delayed due to preparation of PDF files and other tools.
